Immanuel provides Bible-based religious instruction for elementary students participating in the Plainview Public School's Release-Time program. Currently, the weekly classes are being taught by volunteers from Immanuel and hosted by The House of Hope, which is located directly across from the Plainview High School.
Victory In Puppets is a children's ministry designed to engage the youngest members of our congregation. Youth members volunteer their time and talents to share God's message through these fuzzy friends.
Our children's messages present an opportunity for our youngest members to engage in a short object lesson related to the day's worship theme or text. The messages occur just prior to the homily. The congregation sings Jesus Loves Me as Children are welcomed to the front of the church. This ministry is presented by the teaching staff at our school.
Immanuel's Youth Group is geared towards young people in grades 7 and up. The program is structured to form Junior and Senior groups. Many activities are available to provide youth with Christian social interaction. Some of the activities include pizza parties, Valley Fair Amusement Park events, servant events, bible topic studies, and participation in regional and national youth gatherings.
The youth program is overseen by our Youth Pastor, Pastor Scott Hirssig, with the help of the Board of Youth. Youth are invited to attend a weekly Sunday Bible study and refreshments with Pastor Hirssig.

Sunday School hour provides Pre-school through 8th grade
children age-appropriate scriptural studies and activities.

Enrollment is free, easy, and open to any child seeking to learn more about the love of Christ.
Children simply come to our Christian Life Center, and they will be joined with their age- appropriate group.
Parents are invited to join our Adult Bible Study, which takes place at the same time in the Christian Life Center lobby.
