Oct 31 – Reformation Sunday

The Divine Service for Reformation Sunday (October 31, 2021). We also observe the rite of Confirmation at the late service for two youth catechumens. We give thanks to God for providing Martin Luther and for giving him the strength and courage to stand firm in the true faith that set him free. Freed to stand firm and strong in Christ, Luther did just that. In doing so, he showed God’s love to thousands of people. We are also a people blessed by his service. May we also humbly do God’s work in whatever way we can and be faithful to God who has saved us.

We apologize that the 10:15 service will not live-streamed on our YouTube channel. The service was recorded, so the video will be linked on this page when the hymn texts are added. We had internet connection problems that could not be fixed before the service.
